Terms & Conditions
Effective for all bookings created on or after January 1, 2026.
By booking an appointment with Best of Hue, you agree to the following terms:
Deposits & Payment
A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your session total. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Deposits are as follows:
Appointment for 1 person: $50
Appointment for 2 people: $100
Appointment for 3 people: $150
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduled appointments will retain the original deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as missed appointments and no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next scheduled appointment. The full session fee will still apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
Refund Policy
All completed sessions are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or shortened sessions due to late arrival.

By booking an appointment and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
