Effective for all bookings created on or after August 1, 2025.
By booking an appointment with Best of Hue, you agree to the following terms:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with 48 hours’ notice or more.
Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the fees outlined below.
Each appointment may be rescheduled once. Additional changes may require a new booking.
To cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before your appointment, you may use the link in your confirmation email. For changes with less notice, please contact Best of Hue directly.
Fees for Late Cancellations or Rescheduling
48 hours’ notice or more – No charge
24 to 48 hours’ notice – $50 fee
0 to 24 hours’ notice – $100 fee
No contact prior to appointment start / No-show – Full appointment fee will be charged
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be canceled and the full fee will be charged.
If you arrive after the grace period but have contacted Best of Hue, your session may be shortened and will still end no more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time.
Credit Card Authorization
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. However, by booking, you authorize Best of Hue to charge the applicable fee listed above if these policies are not followed.
Refund Policy
All completed sessions are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or last-minute rescheduling.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
